Suarez is happy at Liverpool.

Suarez has been in irresistible form for Liverpool this season, scoring 29 goals in the Premier League alone, and his influence could well lead the club to a first title triumph since 1990. Forlan, however, believes Suarez ought to be playing for Manchester United rather than at Anfield.
Forlan claims to have been in contact with his fellow Uruguayan of late, and their conversation turned to the future of Suarez as a Liverpool player. And while Suarez may have only signed a lucrative new £200,000-per-weekLiverpool contract in December, Forlan has urged him to consider a transfer to Old Trafford.
"We spoke a few days ago," Forlan told Brazilian publication Lance!. "He asked me if I think he should stay at Liverpool.
"All I told him was to think about going to Manchester United. I know he loves Liverpool, the fans and the city, but I think the best thing for his career would be to move to Old Trafford."
Forlan joined Manchester United from Independiente in January 2002, but failed to live up to his billing with the club. The forward scored only 10 league goals in 63 appearances before he left for Villarreal, where he was able to flourish.
While Forlan failed to make an impact of note in English football, Suarez has overcome a number of disciplinary issues to establish himself as the top striker in the country. Suarez has scored 80 times for Liverpool in three-and-a-half seasons with the club, 59 of which have come since the beginning of last term.
